Stephen lives in the South of England, UK. He has been married to his wife, Jenny, for almost 35 years. They have four wonderful adult children and are delighted to be grandparents.
Stephen's career in education has spanned three decades, encompassing both managerial responsibilities and training teachers. His primary passion was for students to experience the subject practically. This passion spills over into his work as an author and speaker, offering his readers and listeners, the opportunity to encounter God in a personal way.
He speaks from real life, using numerous stories and illustrations to bring his message alive. The Jesus he learnt about in childhood has become the God who is profoundly healing his heart, releasing trapped emotions and transforming his everyday reality.
He left full-time education in 2018, and when not writing, he enjoys walking in the countryside, jogging, gardening, and, foremost, the beautiful presence of God.
